Easter

as you know this weekend is Easter, oddly its really late to come this year. normally its in march or VERY early April. never the last weekend of the month. anyways. as always like Christmas, its an important time for me and other Christians.

Every Christmas and easter i post a photo of either Santa or the easter bunny hanging from the cross to make a point about keeping Christ focus on either event. and people of course lose there minds. but i do it to make a point. yes its extream but sometimes people need extream points of views to really get the point.

and of course the stores are trying to Hoore out chocolate bunnies or what ever, trying to say this is what Easter is about, The amount of commercialization in this nation is ridiculous. The media industry will commercialize anything just for that fat bonus check. How did the resurrection of Jesus become associated with rabbits and chocolate painted eggs? I just love how the media just spoon feed the public B.S and they just gobble it up willingly and spend money on useless treats. Easter is about Jesus and his defeat over death! It’s not about some fat fool or some ditsy girl going to get chocolate because of the season. It’s the same thing with Christmas too!

It’s just sad how there is a common ideology that puts together Easter and chocolate due to the fact that it is a norm, and trust me; I’m not saying this because of my abhorrence for chocolate! Comments anyone?
